Marie Kreiser Deception and Fraud.....

Sometime prior to the hurricane season of 2005 Marie Kreiser befriends a woman by the name of Marion Clarke. Ms. Clarke passed away. Ms. Clarkes remaining family lived out of state. After Ms. Clarke passed away, Kreiser contacted the family and convinced them that she could take care of the repairs that were needed on Ms. Clarkes house due to the hurricane. So the family makes a deal with Kreiser so that she would pay a reduced price of $600.00 a month and she would handle the scheduling of the workers, etc. Kreiser of course never had any intention of paying rent. She is a professional con artist, why pay rent? Ida Marie Kreiser even uses Martin White, the son of one of her many victims as a reason why she can't pay rent. You can enlarge the statement below.

Kreiser tells Mr. Clarke that she can't get social security because Martin White is "messing with her social security number." As usual Kreiser just can't tell the truth. She has testified that she has been on social security for several years. She cheats this family out of $7800.00 in rent.
