Kreiser's Elderly Victims.... Ronald Huberdeau 11 years ago Kreiser's victim was Ronald Huberdeau. According to Mr. Huberdeau, another elderly disabled man, Kreiser made off with at least $80,000 of Mr. Huberdeau's money. As usual Kreiser makes this a very complicated case. But the premise is the same. Lie, deceive and con the elderly person into signing a Power of Attorney and then steal their money. I taped the interview with Mr. Huberdeau, so you can hear his actual comments about Kreiser "the caretaker". Ida Marie Kreiser was adopted by Ray Britton as a baby. Kreiser's birth father was Ronald Huberdeau. When Kreiser was in her 20's she decided she would like to meet her birth father. Let the con begin. This was in the 1980's. She went to see Mr. Huberdeau down in Tampa. The meeting did not go well. Fast forward about 10 years to 1997. Kreiser learns that Mr. Huberdeau has sold his house. To understand the rest of Mr. Huberdeau's story, you will need to read the newspaper article that Kreiser crafted for the Northwest Florida Daily News. Click here to read the daily news article Lets start with the part of this article in which Kreiser states that Mr. Huberdeau called Kreiser for help. According to Mr. Huberdeau, he never called Kreiser, she hired a detective to find him. Click here to listen. In the next part of this article Kreiser claims that she cleaned and scrubbed Mr. Huberdeau's house. Nope. Didn't happen. Click here to listen. In reference to Kreiser claiming that she faced a "mountain of medical bills", Mr. Huberdeau found this to be ridiculous. Listen Here. The last line in the article states that Mr. Huberdeau couldn't even make his own cup of coffee. Another lie. Listen Here. I even asked Mr. Huberdeau what reason he thought Kreiser would create this newspaper article, he thought she was getting paid for it. Listen Here. As far as Kreiser the caretaker, listen to what Mr. Huberdeau had to say about Kreiser's pay scale. There is plenty more tape to listen to about Kreiser's lies in reference to Mr. Huberdeau and the newspaper article. What I really wanted to know about was the dual will that was on file in the Okaloosa County Clerks office. A dual will has 2 testator's. In this case, it is the will of a husband and wife, Mr. Huberdeau and his wife Laura. I wanted to know how Ida Marie Kreiser became the only beneficiary in the will of these two people. Especially since Kreiser has testified, under oath, that she has never been the beneficiary in anyone's will before. Click here to read Kreiser's false testimony. The answer that Mr. Huberdeau gave was shocking. He didn't even know that he had a will. With both Mr. Huberdeau and my dad Kreiser hired an attorney to leave her entire estate's. Did everyone get that? Kreiser hired the attorney's to draw up the wills of two different elderly people that left her their entire estate's. There are several different parts of this interview where you can hear Mr. Huberdeau discuss this fraudulent will. No Will Part 1 No Will Part 2 No Will Part 3 No Will Part 4 After Mr. Huberdeau's wife died, how does Kreiser cash in on the will? Remember, this is a dual will meaning that the beneficiary would only receive the proceeds from the estate if both parties are deceased. Right? Not in Kreiserland. Marie Kreiser has a plan in place to get around this. On the forms where Kreiser is supposed to fill in Mr. Huberdeau's address she puts down her own address so that any correspondence intended for Mr. Huberdeau will instead come to her. But in Florida there is a form that the parties to a will have to sign stating that there are no objections to the person listed as the Personal Representative (Executor) serving as such. How does Kreiser get around Mr. Huberdeau objecting to her serving as personal representative to a will that he doesn't even know exists? Kreiser signs it herself. Unbelievable. Kreiser uses the Power of Attorney that she obtained from Mr. Huberdeau to sign this document stating that she has no objections to herself serving as Personal Representative of his estate. This insures Mr. Huberdeau will have no role in the probate of his wife's own will. Amazing and true. Click here to see this document. She wants Mr. Huberdeau's house, but Mr. Huberdeau has already sold it. Kreiser isn't going to let that get in the way. She can just sue the person that bought the house. And the real estate agent that sold the house. And the title company. And the notary that notarized the documents. What does she alledge happened? Elderly abuse. Yes, Ida Marie Kreiser, a serial elder abuser, thief and con artist is claiming elderly abuse. The law suit goes no where. But, how did Kreiser sue these people? After all it's not even her house that was sold. She uses the Power of Attorney that she had Mr. Huberdeau sign. Ida Marie Kreiser wanted Mr. Huberdeau's house. Listen Here. The lawsuit was Kreiser's idea. Not Laura or Ronald Huberdeau's idea. Listen here. Who's going to get the money if this lawsuit settles? Listen Here. Kreiser's Final Act Of Cruelty To Mr. Huberdeau. One of the key components that Kreiser uses in her criminal endeavors to steal from the elderly is to separate the elderly person from their friends and relatives. In the case of my father Russell White, Kreiser removed him from the hospital and took him to her house. My father died 61 hours later alone with Kreiser. This was only 4 days after she had stolen $66,000.00 from my father. She accomplished this by signing my father up for Hospice care at Kreiser's house. My father never signed a single Hospice document. On these Hospice forms Kreiser informs hospice that I am violent and dangerous. This is the same scheme she used on Mr. Wilson, his son is dangerous and going to kill her and his father. In the case of William Wilson, Kreiser calls the police and makes life so difficult for Mr. Wilson's son and grandson that they have to leave and stay in a hotel. You can read all of this on the William Wilson Abuse Page. Now let's get back to Mr. Huberdeau. Kreiser needs to separate Mr. Huberdeau from his wife. You won't believe how Kreiser accomplishes this separation of two people that love each other this time.
