This is the story of the Elderly Abuse, Fraud, Forgery, Burglary and Theft committed by Ida Marie Kreiser against my elderly father, Russell F. White....
FRAUD
On January 20th 2006, Ida Marie Kreiser hand wrote a document allowing her access to two certificates of deposit that belonged to my father Russell F. White. These two accounts contained a total of $66,000.00. When my father signed this document, he was in the hospital heavily medicated with Morphine and Phenergan and had just come out of a surgical procedure. If you look at his signature on these documents, you can see how shaky and sloppy his signature looks. Click here to see the forged document.

At this same time Kreiser also had my father sign another document that she had also handwritten that was intended to allow her access to his safety deposit box. Click here to see the safety deposit box document.

FORGERY
I had a certified document analyst examine the document that Kreiser had hand written. According to the analysis, the last part of this document "wheather I am alive or passed away" was written at a different time than the rest of the document. Anyone with any sense can see that the last line was not written at the same time. Modification of a notarized document in Florida is a felony. Peoples National Bank also had the document modified AFTER it was notarized in order to make it work. Peoples National bank employee Crystal Parker testified that the bank had the additional information typed on the document. Click here to see a page from Crystal Parkers deposition.

BURGLARY
Even though Kreiser had scammed my father into signing over the 2 C.D.'s she still had to find the actual C.D.'s. in order to cash them in and accomplish the theft of his $66,000.00. Early on the morning of January 21st, 2006, the day after Kreiser had my father sign the document she forged, Kreiser went to my fathers house. She had taken his house keys from him in the hospital. To understand Kreiser's next act, you have to understand something about my fathers house. It was full of junk and trash almost to the ceilings in some rooms. Click here to see a room picture. To have a chance of finding the C.D.'s she had to empty the house of the stuff in her way. So she ordered a large dumpster to be placed on his property. Click here to see a picture of the dumpster. She had recruited several people to help her fill this dumpster. She told these people the story that she had to get birth certificates, death certificates, etc. Click here to see statements from these people. She had to find the actual C.D.'s and whatever else she could get her hands on in his house. My father's stuff was in her way. Kreiser threw away his golf clubs, lawnmower, ladder, coolers, chairs, and vacuum cleaner. Click here to see a picture of my fathers belongings that Kreiser threw away. My father had me change the locks on his house the night before, so when Kreiser arrived at the house she couldn't get in. She was frantic. Kreiser then called the Niceville Fire Dept. and told them she needed to get into a "patients" house and she wanted them to bust the door in. The fire dept. called the police dept. Niceville Police officer Jason Napier arrived at my fathers house. Kreiser tells officer Napier that she needs to get into a "patients" house to get military DD-214 papers. Officer Napier then talks to my father on the phone in the hospital and my father tells Officer Napier "no, I don't want her in my house". My father also told officer Napier that he did not want the people on his property filling the dumpster with his belongings Click here to see officer Napier's court testimony. Officer Napier then orders her off the property. Kreiser can't give up that easy. Later that same day she uses a tire iron and breaks into my fathers house. This time, her story is that she needs medication. Click here to read a witness statement to the burglary. After Kreiser busted the door in, she realized there was too much stuff on the other side of the door to get the door open more than a few inches. She then enlisted the help of a small child that lived next door to my father to slip in the door and instructed him to go around to the front door to let her in.

THEFT
Kreiser couldn't find the C.D.'s that she had duped my dad into signing over to her, but she wasn't about to give up on the money. Kreiser had my father removed from the hospital at midnight and taken to her house on the same day that she committed the burglary. He then died alone with Kreiser 61 hours later. I could not find him after he left the hospital. I never saw him alive again.

After my father died Kreiser then went to Peoples National Bank in Niceville and filed an "Indemnity Bond For Lost Instruments" since she didn't actually have the C.D.'s. If she had never had the C.D.'s, how could she have lost them? The bank handed her checks totaling $65,914.04. Kreiser had the bank put HER address on this document under my fathers name, insuring any paperwork in reference to this transaction would come to her. My father was not living at this address when she effected this address change, since he was no longer living. Click here to view one of the Indemnity Bonds.
